eeva
Overview
eeva set out to become a super app powered by AI β capable of helping users manage everything from their pets, plants, homes, calendars, and vehicles to their habits and daily care routines. I joined early in the productβs development and led the product design efforts across all verticals, crafting both strategy and execution.

Challenge
The app was evolving rapidly across many feature sets and user types. We needed to:
Design multiple verticals simultaneously without sacrificing UX quality
Integrate AI meaningfully into everyday flows
Build consistency in interaction and visual design as we scaled
Support a small, agile team while designing for long-term scalability

What I did
Led UX/UI for 10+ core features and modules, including Pets, Plants, Vehicles, Calendar, Life Tab, and AI chat
Designed dozens of end-to-end user flows, including onboarding, reminders, customization, document scanning, calendar sync, health logs, and more
Partnered closely with the AI team to integrate predictive workflows, intelligent nudges, and personalized automation
Developed a mobile-first design system from scratch to support consistency and velocity across all feature teams
Created scalable patterns for complex features, like sub-hexes, streak tracking, milestone systems, and cross-feature AI handoffs
Collaborated with leadership on product direction, internal tooling, and marketing launches

Strategic Contributions
Proposed and implemented component libraries per vertical to avoid publishing bottlenecks
Advocated for ethical AI UX that emphasized transparency, user choice, and trust
Designed AI flows that feel human β including beeva, the conversational assistant
Regularly identified gaps in logic, feature overlaps, and user flow dead-ends, and offered elegant solutions

Outcome Highlights
π± 80+ mobile screens shipped across 6 verticals
βοΈ Unified component system used across product and marketing
π€ AI-powered chat interface driving automation and smart suggestions
π Improved user onboarding and retention through streamlined flows
π§ͺ Built scalable patterns for reminders, documents, logs, and tracking
π§ Trusted partner across functions, often leading design critique, exploration, and documentation
